Should I Buy a Resale Condo or New Launch?

Resale You see the actual unit, the actual view and the actual condition. You can move in or rent it out immediately. Payment is largely upfront.
New launch Payment follows the progressive payment schedule, spreading cash outlay over the construction period. You are buying a plan rather than a finished home, and you wait for completion.
